How do I request space for an Ancillary Meeting during the IARS Annual Meeting?

Organizations wishing to hold group functions in conjunction with the IARS 2017 Annual Meeting and International Science Symposium, May 6-9, 2017, in Washington, DC, must first obtain meeting space from the IARS. Space is assigned after all official IARS education, Board of Trustee, and special event functions have been placed. Space is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis in the order applications were received. An Ancillary Meeting Request Form will be available in January 2017 for all requests.
